Overview

1. Cancellations

Cancellations made by the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the timing and nature of the booking. Cancellations should be made in writing to our customer support team at info@holidaychaska.com

30 days or more before departure*: Full refund minus a cancellation fee (as specified during booking)

15-29 days before departure*: 50% refund

14 days or less before departure*: No refund

 

 2. Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

 3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including non-refundable hotel deposits, or special offers, may not be eligible for a refund. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking, such as altering travel dates or services, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 5. Refunds for Unused Services

If you do not use any portion of the booked services (e.g., you miss a tour), you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service.

 6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we may offer a partial or full refund or allow rescheduling without penalty. In such cases, refunds will be considered based on the circumstances.

 7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your decision. We will work to resolve any concerns in accordance with our policies.
